Early this year a friend of mine had an assignment where she had to visit some museums and other places around the island. Because of this assignment we decided to make it a road trip with some other friends. I invite you to also visit the places we did and add some that are on your bucket list.
The first place we visited was The Museum of Art of Puerto Rico and it is located in Santurce which is in San Juan, the capital of Puerto Rico.
Then we drove to Ponce which is on the south of the island and stayed overnight. The next day we went to another museum but this time it was The Museum of Art of Ponce. It houses a collection of European art, as well as work by Puerto Rican artists.

After the museum we went to Bosque Seco de Guánica, a subtropical dry forest located in the southwest of the island. I read that it is considered the best preserved, subtropical forest and the best example of dry forest in the Caribbean.
I wish we had more time to visit more places but maybe next time we will. Like I said I invite you to do the same with your friends or family and add other places you have on your bucket list.
